Keith Rogers Keith Rogers became the Associate Pastor of Clear Lake Baptist Church in September 1995. Born and raised in San Antonio Texas, Keith attended Baylor University where he received a BS and MS in education in 1984 and 1985. Following Baylor, he was appointed as a US-2 Missionary of the Southern Baptist Home Mission Board. He served as the Director of Appalachian Outreach, a poverty relief ministry at Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee. At the completion of his tenure as director, Keith went to Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned a Masters of Divinity degree in 1992 After seminary, he began serving as the youth minister at First Baptist Jacinto City, where he served until coming to CLBC.
Keith met Crystal, his wife, while in seminary and married in July 1990. Crystal is a music teacher at Whitcomb Elementary. Their two children, David, born December 1993, and Elizabeth, born in December 1996, are precious and gracious gifts of God enjoyed thoroughly by their parents. Keith's hobbies include all sports and playing with his family.
